Key Hires Fill Critical Personnel Needs

KCUMB continues to make key hires in critical areas of the University, propelling us forward in our quest to achieve our vision of creating the best University team in the profession. Recent hires include:

  • Reid Smith, M.D., FACP, associate professor of internal medicine, started June 16.
  • Schoen Kruse, Ph.D., assistant dean of pharmacology and associate professor of pharmacology, started June 18.
  • Timothy Saxe, director of capital projects in the Facilities Department, started June 16.
  • Cheryl McCormick, Ph.D., assistant dean of physiology and professor of physiology, starts July 1.
  • Kerrie Jordan, M.S., C-TAGME, administrative director of graduate medical education, starts July 1.
  • Kathryn Harvel, CFRE, senior director of institutional advancement, starts July 7.
